IQ ASSOCIATES was established in 1997 by Fanie van Wyk, a Clinical Psychologist working
extensively with human capital in organizations.
He is an Executive Director and Senior
Consultant. His main area of responsibility is Assessment and Development Centres. The

Our team consists of psychologists, personnel practitioners and other specialists in their
respective fields.
Our approach integrates the African context with the latest international trends and is based on
individual attention to clients by assisting them in various ways to ensure that they get the best
service possible. We do not only assess human potential, strengths and competencies, but are
also committed to helping individuals discover and manage themselves through our follow-up

Our office is situated in Lynnwood Glen, Pretoria. Our Consultants will, however, render
services at the client's site countrywide.
